Return Window
You may return any product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. This return right applies to all products, not only defective items.
Condition of Returned Items
To be accepted, the item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Please include all parts, accessories, and materials that came with the product.
How to Start a Return
Email info@mrbeastlink.sbs with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee or any additional handling fee.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we process the refund, it usually takes 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
